Concepções e contribuições de trabalhadores de saúde sobre ambiente de trabalho saudável

Objective: to discuss conceptions and contributions of hospital workers about healthy work environments. Method: A qualitative study that interviewed 21 from the Occupational Health Safety Service Internal Accident Prevention Commission a large public in northern region country. Data were analyzed by Focal Content Analysis supported ATLAS.ti, 9.0 software features. Results: Three categories generated: - necessary conditions (materials personnel); challenges overcome (management, recognition, strain processes, reception); suggestions tools for environment, indicating components refer well-being at work, effective protection risk control, positive interpersonal relationships.
